Caching Issues
Rebooting, restarting your browser and clearing your cache can often solve issues. Before and after you clear your cache, hold down the Shift key in your browser while clicking Refresh or pressing the F5 key (Shift+F5).
Clear Your Cache in Mobile and Tablet Browsers
Android: Open your browser. Go to Menu > More > Settings or Menu > Settings > Privacy & Security.
Chrome: Go to Menu > Settings > Privacy.
Android browser: Tap Clear cache.
Chrome/Other: Tap Clear browsing data, bottom of screen. Okay to leave the defaults, tap Clear.
iOS: Home screen, Settings >> Safari.
Near the bottom, tap the button for Clear History and Website Data. Tap Clear History and Data to confirm.
Fire tablets: Tap Silk Browser, open browser. Menu >> Settings >> Privacy.
Tap Clear browsing data. Make sure Cache and Site data are selected. Tap Clear.
Clear Your Cache in Laptop and Desktop Computers
Chrome: Click here this link: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer: Go to the three-dot menu () in Microsoft Edge and select Settings > Privacy & security; in the fly-out menu, click the button under Clear browsing data that reads “Choose what to clear.”
Safari: Click Clear History in the History menu. Then in the pop-up, pick a timeframe for how far back you want to erase. This also clears your cookies and data cache.
Firefox: Go to the hamburger menu and select Options > Privacy & Security.
